What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
If you exceed your plan limits, we'll continue to provide service and charge you for the additional usage at the rates listed in the Additional Costs section. We'll never cut off your service unexpectedly. You'll receive email notifications when you reach 80% and 100% of your plan limits, giving you time to upgrade if needed.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How do you count API calls?
An API call is counted as a single HTTP request to any of our API endpoints. This includes all methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, etc.) and all endpoints. Failed requests due to client errors (4xx status codes) are also counted, but server errors (5xx status codes) are not counted against your limit.
Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?
Yes, we offer special pricing for qualified startups and non-profit organizations. Please contact our sales team at [email protected] with details about your organization to learn more about our discount programs.
Do you offer a service level agreement (SLA)?
Yes, we offer SLAs with all paid plans. Our Starter plan includes a 99.9% uptime SLA, Professional plan includes a 99.95% uptime SLA, and Enterprise plans include a custom SLA with up to 99.99% uptime guarantees. SLAs include financial credits if we fail to meet our commitments.
Can I pay annually instead of monthly?
Yes, you can choose to pay annually and receive a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Annual billing is available for all paid plans. You can select your preferred billing cycle during signup or change it later from your account settings.
