Push Notification Service Degradation
May 7, 2025We are investigating reports of delays in push notification delivery affecting some customers.
The issue has been identified as a database connection problem affecting our push notification service. Our engineering team is working on a fix. Push notifications may experience delays of up to 10 minutes.
A fix has been deployed and we are monitoring the system to ensure push notifications are being delivered normally.
The issue has been fully resolved and push notifications are now being delivered without delay. The root cause was a database connection pool issue that has been addressed.
API Rate Limiting Misconfiguration
April 22, 2025We are investigating reports of incorrect rate limiting being applied to API requests for Professional and Business plan customers.
We have identified a configuration issue in our rate limiting service that is incorrectly applying Free tier limits to some Professional and Business plan customers. We're working on a fix.
The configuration has been updated and correct rate limits should now be applied to all customers. We are monitoring to ensure the fix is working as expected.
The rate limiting issue has been fully resolved. All customers should now have their correct plan limits applied. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
EU Region Performance Degradation
April 14, 2025We are investigating increased latency for API requests in the EU region.
The issue has been identified as a network routing problem affecting our EU data centers. Engineering is working to reroute traffic and resolve the issue.
Traffic has been rerouted and service performance is improving. We continue to monitor as normal operation is restored.
The EU region performance issue has been fully resolved. Latency has returned to normal levels.

Push Notification Service Upgrade
End: May 14, 2025, 04:00 AM UTC
We will be performing a scheduled upgrade to our Push Notification services to improve scalability and add support for rich media notifications. During this maintenance window, push notifications may experience delays or might not be delivered. We recommend implementing fallback mechanisms for critical notifications during this period.

- Notification Delivery Dashboard
All other services will remain fully operational during this maintenance.
Database Infrastructure Upgrade
End: May 25, 2025, 03:00 AM UTC
We will be upgrading our database infrastructure to improve performance and reliability. This maintenance is part of our continuous improvement efforts to provide you with the best possible service.
During this maintenance window:
- The API will operate in read-only mode for approximately 30 minutes
- Write operations will be queued and processed once the maintenance is complete
- Dashboard analytics may display delayed data
We've scheduled this maintenance during a low-traffic period to minimize impact, but please plan accordingly if your application relies heavily on write operations.
